Chilli Pan Mee @ SS2
If you love noodles and spicy food, then chilli pan mee is the kind of food that you might want to try.
Their specialty is the crushed chillies or chilli paste they provide on the table, which is very spicy and flavourful. This paste is made using dried shrimps and few other spices together with chillies.
I would suggest you to mix chillies with noodles bit by bit instead of full spoonful, to check spiciness of your noodles. The bowl of noodles comes with one egg, minced pork, small salted fish, fried onion and spring onion on it. Also, there is soup on the side, which you can drink as it is or combine with your noodles. Personally, I like having the soup as it is, also I use it to adjust the spiciness of the noodles if I add more chillies to it.
There are few times of noodles you can choose from, such as thin/flat/round noodles.

I have visited this place a few times and my favourite dish with them remains unchanged, signature chilli pan mee.
