The Spice Kitchen @ Johor

Few days back when we were at Johor, we have decided to visit an Indian restaurant for dinner on the way back to our hotel from forest city. While looking for nearby restaurants we have found The Spice Kitchen on google map and decided to visit them. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant and cozy.  There are plenty of options on the menu to choose from starters to beverages. We decided to start with chaat.

Dahi papdi chaat: RM 15.99

Since they were out of puri, I have ordered papdi chat. It tasted authentic, the sauce had a tangy taste from tamarind and is highly palatable especially when it is spooned into the opening of the tiny papdi. It is a feat to accomplish, but I assure you that it promises very tasty results.

Cantonese chowmein: RM 19

We have ordered noddles for main dishes. The portion of the main dishes are quite big. This dish was pretty unique. It was basically Cantonese Style Noddle, using chow mein. This  was full of flavor and very tasty.

Spicy thai noddles: RM 20

The next dish was Spicy thai noddles, I loved this dish from my visit. Usually, I will do not take noddles for dinner, but this noddles looked worth ordering. This dish was a combination of chowmein with abit of thai flavours.

Overall, this place really did bring back good ol' memories, and the food was quite decent. Their price range was worth it.
